YouTube Music is a streaming platform by YouTube where songs are published in video format. ChilClick distributes music to both YouTube Music and YouTube Content ID.
How It Works #
When you distribute music to YouTube Music:
- Your releases appear as auto-generated videos.
- The cover artwork is used as the video thumbnail and content.
- The track information (title, artist, label) is included in the video description.
- Ad revenue from these videos goes to your ChilClick account.
- Songs are also available ad-free for YouTube Music subscribers.
Opting Out #
If you do not want your music on YouTube Music:
- Uncheck YouTube Music as a delivery channel during release submission.
Video & Claim Information #
- Your auto-generated art track video description will show “Provided by ChilClick”.
- Content ID claims will indicate “ChilClick (on behalf of [Artist or Label])”, ensuring proper ownership and revenue allocation.
Default Channels for Releases #
YouTube Music automatically places releases on one of the following:

Important: Ensure your artist or label information is accurate in the uploader to correctly assign revenue and ownership claims.
