How to Add Lyrics to a Track

ChilClick allows you to attach lyrics to your tracks during the release upload process. This helps fans follow along and improves engagement on streaming platforms that display lyrics.

Steps to Add Lyrics While Uploading a Release #

1. Start a new release in your ChilClick dashboard
2. Go to the Manage Tracks section after uploading your audio file
3. Click Edit Track for the song you want to add lyrics to
4. Enter your lyrics in the provided text box
5. Specify whether the lyrics contain explicit content
6. Click Save Changes before leaving the page

Adding Lyrics to an Already Published Track #

If your track is already live, you can submit an edit request through the dashboard to add lyrics.

• Go to your release in the dashboard
• Select Request Edit
• Upload or insert the lyrics following the same steps above

Important Notes #

• Always save changes before leaving the page
• Clearly mark explicit content to comply with store guidelines
• Some updates may take a few days to appear on stores
