How to Distribute Your Music to Beatport

Beatport is a U.S.-based digital store specializing in electronic music and DJ resources. It’s a major platform for electronic music artists, offering sales for full tracks and remix materials.

Genre Eligibility
Only electronic dance music releases that meet Beatport’s approved genre categories can be distributed. If your release does not match these genres, the option to enable Beatport in the ChilClick Uploader will be disabled. For the full list of accepted genres, refer to Beatport’s official genre guide.

Delivery Options
ChilClick offers three ways to distribute your music to Beatport:

1. Using the Default Label

• Enter the default label name “ChilClick Music” in the Uploader.
• Your release will appear under the ChilClick Beatport label page.
• An artist profile will be automatically generated.
• To customize your artist profile (photo, bio, chart info), submit your details here. Images should be at least 590×404 px, up to 3000×2054 px. Updates may take up to 4 weeks to appear.

2. Apply for Your Own Beatport Label Page

• You need to release a minimum of 10 releases every 6 months to maintain an official Beatport label page.
• Only releases under your approved label will be sent to Beatport. Each label requires a separate application.
  How to apply:

1. Open your ChilClick account and create a ticket under Other Request in the Support portal.
2. Ask for a Beatport Label Page in the message.

3. Transfer an Existing Beatport Label Page

• Beatport allows only one distributor per label page.
• To deliver music to your existing Beatport label page, the page must be transferred from your previous distributor to ChilClick.
• To request a label transfer:
  1. Submit an Other Request ticket in your ChilClick Support portal.
  2. Include the following information:
     • Label name
     • Beatport label page URL
     • Name of your previous distributor

ChilClick will then coordinate with Beatport to ensure your releases are correctly delivered under your label.
