Sales Reporting
Your sales activity is updated monthly. You can monitor your earnings through the Sales section in your User Dashboard.
Earnings Availability
Once sales are confirmed by the stores, your earnings will appear in your Wallet.
Requesting a Payout
To receive funds, you must initiate a payout from your Wallet. Once submitted, payments are processed via your chosen payout method and generally arrive within 1-14 business days. Available payout methods include ACH/Bank Transfer, PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe.
Before Requesting a Payout:
- Minimum payout threshold applies.
- Ensure your payout method is active and up-to-date in your account settings. Changes must be completed prior to submitting a request.
- New users may initially see only unconfirmed sales; full earnings may take 2-6 months to appear due to reporting delays from digital stores.
- Consistent music releases help maintain a steady flow of earnings.
Notifications & Support
- You will receive a confirmation when your payout request is received and another when the payment is sent.
- If 7 days pass without confirmation, contact support immediately.
- In the event of fraud, copyright, or piracy concerns affecting your account, payouts may be temporarily held. Notifications will be sent to your registered email if this occurs.
