How Copyright Issues Are Managed
- Notifications:
If your content is reported for copyright infringement, you will receive a detailed notification in your ChilClick account. This notification outlines the issue and any actions taken. - Account Restrictions:
Accounts involved in a copyright claim may face temporary limitations. This can include holds on payouts, restrictions on uploading new releases, or other feature limitations. Restrictions remain until the issue is fully resolved. - Content Takedowns:
Stores or platforms, not ChilClick, remove content flagged for infringement. If you believe the takedown was incorrect, resolution must be handled directly with the party that filed the claim. Only the claimant can authorize reinstatement of your content. - Resolving Claims:
To resolve a copyright issue, contact the claimant using the information provided. After they retract the claim with the store, you can submit a support ticket to ChilClick for verification. Include any supporting screenshots or documentation to confirm resolution. - ChilClick’s Role:
ChilClick strictly follows legal and platform guidelines. While we support you in managing your account, our ability to intervene in specific copyright disputes is limited to administrative assistance and guidance.
