- Artwork information must exactly match the metadata (artist names, release title, versions).
2. Size and Format #
- Square format only.
- Minimum: 3000 x 3000 px | Maximum: 5000 x 5000 px.
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or TIFF.
- Color mode: RGB.
- Max file size: 36 MB.
3. Prohibited Content #
- No website links, emails, phone numbers, or social media references.
- No pricing, promotional text, or physical/digital format mentions (e.g., “CD”, “Download”).
- No tracklists, biographies, descriptions, or missing content references.
- No offensive symbols, pornographic, violent, or misleading images.
4. Metadata Consistency #
- Only include credits or names that are listed in the metadata.
- Artwork must reproduce all metadata information exactly, without abbreviations.
5. Text and Fonts #
- Use legible fonts; small text may not display clearly on platforms.
- Avoid side-by-side translations or transliterations.
- Only use special characters if they are part of the original release language.
6. Logos and Images #
- Only include logos or images that are part of the release metadata (artist, producer, or label).
- Personal, private, or brand images are not allowed unless they are essential and justified in metadata.
7. References and Documentation #
- If logos, brands, or images require permission, documentation must be provided to verify usage rights.
