How to Set Up Royalty Splits

ChilClick lets you automatically share earnings from your music with everyone who contributed, such as co-artists, songwriters, producers, managers, labels, and other rights holders. You can assign a portion of your revenue to each collaborator so that payouts are distributed correctly without any extra work.

Steps to Set Up Royalty Splits #

1. Log in to your ChilClick account
2. Go to the Royalty Splits section in your dashboard
3. Choose the track you want to allocate royalties for
4. Enter each collaborator’s email address and their percentage of the revenue
5. Make sure the total of all percentages equals 100%
6. Click Submit to save your splits

Important Details #

• Account Requirement: Each recipient must have a ChilClick account to receive their share.
  • If they don’t have an account yet, they will get an email inviting them to create one.
  • If they already have an account, ensure the email entered matches their registered email so the split connects correctly.
• Payout Preferences: The email used for the split does not need to match their payout method (PayPal, bank account, etc.). Each collaborator can set up their own payout method in their account.
• Administrative Fees: Any account-related fees (such as for free accounts) do not affect splits sent to them. Fees only apply to their own music releases.
