ChilClick supports delivery of Dolby Atmos (spatial audio) releases to supported music services, including Apple Music, Amazon Music, and TIDAL.
Dolby Atmos delivery is included as part of your distribution access, with no additional upload fees.
What Is Dolby Atmos? #
Dolby Atmos is an advanced spatial audio format that creates a more immersive listening experience than standard stereo.
Instead of limiting sound to left and right channels, Dolby Atmos allows individual sound elements to be placed and moved within a three-dimensional space. This enables listeners to experience music with greater depth, clarity, and realism across compatible devices and platforms.
Dolby Atmos File Requirements #
To ensure acceptance by stores, Dolby Atmos files must meet the following technical standards:
- File type: BWF ADM (Broadcast Wave Format – ADM)
- Frame rate: 24 fps
(All tracks in the project must use the same frame rate) - Audio format: 24-bit LPCM at 48 kHz
- Timing: Must be perfectly aligned with the stereo master
- Duration: Dolby Atmos file and stereo master must match exactly
- Integrated loudness: Maximum -18 LKFS
- True peak level: Maximum -1 dBTP
Important:
Dolby Atmos files generated automatically or converted directly from stereo using algorithms may be rejected by streaming services.

- Start a new release in your ChilClick dashboard
