ChilClick automatically generates Pre-Save and Stream Now links for every release.
These links let fans save your music before release and listen immediately once it goes live.
How Release Links Work #
Delivered Status #
When your release is successfully delivered to stores, its status changes from Pending to Delivered.
- A Pre-Save link is created at this stage
- Fans can pre-save your release ahead of launch
Live Status #
On your official release date, the status updates to Live.
- The Pre-Save link automatically switches to a Stream Now link
- Fans are directed to available streaming platforms

If your release shows Delivered or Live but no link appears, contact ChilClick Support through your dashboard.
Where to Access Your Release Links #
You can find your release links in the following areas of your ChilClick account:
1. Release Links Section #
Access all Pre-Save and Stream links from the Release Links area in your dashboard.
2. Releases List #
Go to the Releases tab and locate your release.
Click the Share option to view and copy the release link.
3. Release Details Page #
Open a specific release from the Releases tab.
The release link appears in the top-right section of the page.
Adding a Tracking Pixel to Your Release Link #
Tracking pixels allow you to measure how fans interact with your release link, such as clicks or conversions. This helps evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
How to Request a Tracking Pixel #
- Go to the Support section in your ChilClick account
- Create a new support request
- Select a general or custom request type
- Include:
- Your release UPC
- Your Tracking Pixel ID
Supported Tracking Platforms #
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- Google Tag Manager
- TikTok
- Snapchat
Once submitted, the ChilClick support team will assist with applying the tracking pixel to your release link.
